Predictability isn’t what matters, control isn’t what matters either. AUTONOMY is what matters. So to optimise environments you don’t need to focus on predictability per se but rather the person’s own ability to plan, adjust, determine what’s happening and when; just as you do when moving about.5/10

a bit irked calling myself a "professional" b/c i have my own marxist/neuronormative qualms about it - even if i'm working towards it. perhaps a better word is "practitioner". ofc there are many ways to earn public trust, but i also recognize that a license is a legal shorthand, albeit a bottleneck
