Drastic cuts to Medicaid and other public health provisions in the new law will mean even less money to rural hospitals, many of which are already at risk of closing.

Wild to me how bad nearly all ADHD people I meet are at recognising what they accomplish, but can let you know in detail the areas where they are struggling.
Please celebrate when you do stuff. Even if it takes less time than thought, or you should have done it sooner. Don't rob yourself of joy.

I just cannot handle middle class white people telling me they are giving up because they're tired.

It will never not blow my mind that Republicans have introduced thousands of anti-trans bills and spent half a billion on anti-trans ads and somehow it's the Democrats that are labeled as obsessed with trans people.
