I have written to Cardiff University asking them to reconsider the decision to close their Nursing school. As a Cardiff alumnus I know how highly regarded the University is and globally it is imperative we invest in nursing education if we are to deliver #HealthForAll

We're standing in solidarity with nurses, students and lecturers protesting outside Cardiff Uni today and highlighting critical concerns about the proposal to close its School of Nursing. We're calling for urgent action to protect nursing and ensure a sustainable future for the profession in Wales.
