Great question! When there are such a variety of nursing roles, it's so important to explore what lies beneath, those common values. Especially true when roles interact with each other
Great discussion with a fellow #nurse today on achieving a good flow of clear, relevant, honest & respectful #communication between #acute staff & #carehomes. How do we bring people together from very different systems to see the commonalities in their work practice & values?
