The idea that Keir Starmer could lose his premiership due to Epstein connections to Mandelson whilst Trump and others in the US remain unscathed is absolutely bizarre. The fact that the Tories and media are so gleeful in the calls for him to resign tell their own story!

@martinlewis.moneysavingexpert.com Tembo just told me about some proposed changes to how LISAs will work. Notably removing the penalty for withdrawing. But changing the bonus income from monthly to when buying a house, I was using my LISA as an extra saving for retirement is it now less appealing?

When the biggest clash over the budget is not the contents of the budget but the inferences made before the budget was delivered that just proves that the Tories know they can’t criticise the contents without disenfranchising a huge group of voters

Heard from a friend at Disney+ that there are multiple levels of freakout internally, both from internal dissatisfaction, concerns about subscription cancelations, and of course the big one: concern about a boycott spilling over into parks and cruises.

Incredible by England Lionesses winning #Euro2025 just blown away. Damehood for Lucy Bronze, sports personality of the year for Chloe Kelly, just amazing performance from everyone!

So excited for the Lionesses to be in their third successive final and to have the opportunity to defend their European title. I’m torn whether I think Kelly and Agyemang should start; I think James and Russo look a little fatigued and might be better coming off the bench. But I also worry having

So I started Blue Prince earlier this week not knowing much about it, I immediately found the concept really enthralling, a puzzle game where your ability to solve the puzzle was randomised each attempt. And then after 12 hours I accidentally beat the “primary” objective of the game. I say primary

Someone at Channel 4 had a great day today as they have added comments about the England U21s final tonight to every show airing today. @colinmurray1.bsky.social @susiedent.com I’m sure you’ll appreciate that for Countdown it now reads. “Here’s a nine-letter word you shouldn’t forget: CRESSWELL”

Hi Bluesky, could really use your help 🙏🙏

We just launched our latest game Starless Abyss - the exact week that Oblivion was shadow-dropped. Which has been *not fantastic* for our launch

If anyone can spare a RT, that would be so, so helpful ❤️❤️

I’ve always been an avid TV watcher and so has my wife, the challenge we’ve found having a baby is the time we have to watch anything together is so limited that we end up not watching new shows but something safe. Recently we agreed to continue shows where the other was just somewhat interested

I’ve taken the moral decision to check any funds in my share portfolio, my sons JISA and my workplace pension, to see if they hold Tesla stock; where I can I’ve sold the fund or complained about the fund being part of the portfolio. It’s only a small step but if everyone does it we can help Tesla 📉

Hearing really good things about The Pitt, which makes it all the more galling that it currently has no UK broadcaster, hopeful that it finds a home on Channel 4 (as Sky Atlantic now seems unlikely) I don’t want to wait until HBO Max comes out over here

So I’m trying #Avowed mostly because it’s free and I was enjoying Outer Worlds (still need to go back and finish it). The Garrus voice actor sounds too much like Garrus it’s quite distracting at times and I still haven’t got a second companion. I keep speaking to people assuming they will be the one

So for my BA dissertation (2007) my thesis was whether the UK should deepen its relationship the the USA or the EU my conclusion was that the EU presented the better long term prospects (for a multitude of reasons); for my MA dissertation my thesis was whether the EU should pursue a wider (1)

Auschwitz was at the end of a long process. It did not start from gas chambers.

This hatred was gradually developed by humans. From ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder.

Auschwitz took time.

Just completed Dragon Age Veilguard, what a game and what an ending! It rivals Mass Effect 2 for being their best ending ever, it was so refreshing to have an ending that respected your decisions and implemented them in such a great way. Can’t wait to play it again #DAV

Dear BlueSkyers. Sadly I'm getting many reports of scammers pretending to be me here, incl messaging people with 'investments' . Pls share/help me spread word that, as you know, THIS IS MY ONLY BLUE SKY account (proved as my handle is an official MoneySavingExpert one). All others are scams

@martinlewis.moneysavingexpert.com wondering if you have any advice, my dad is struggling to get his house reinsured, only one company has offered him a price (83% hike) all others are refusing unless he includes unnecessary flood cover. Since 1972 the house has flooded once because the mains burst

I’ve gotten to level 36 and about 70 hours play (according to XBox might need to check what the save game file is saying) and yet I still don’t have a sense of how near the end I am with Veilguard. It’s a really well designed and rewarding experience and I am looking forward to my first replay #DAV

I’ve always been a Dragon Age fan, and a fan of BioWare’s RPGs and I think Veilguard is an excellent addition to their catalogue and is a great Dragon Age game; I’m enjoying it a lot more than Inquisition and feels like a cleaner version of DA2 #DAV

My toddler has learned the word no, before he used to say “No thank you.” without really understanding or meaning it. But now he’s saying “No” with intent … except he sometimes will still say no to something that he actually wants to do because he just likes saying no. But in fairness I do the same
