There is a lot of commentary coming from Law types at Harvard asserting that "the system is working" i.e. we're not in a constitutional crisis.

Besides being demobilizing, I think this notion is wrong/vacuous for at least three reasons.

How about the NIH decentralizes all #pubmed #ncbi #NLM etc. databases with EBI and other similar instritutes around the worls, so that the US isn't the only country having to pay for these services? […]
