If #Dutton expresses opposition to a #ChildcareRC , that may make section 44(v) valid, which supports the idea of an ostensible pecuniary interest with his family trust in childcare.
He is then disqualified from parliament.

Due to x cyclone Alfred, Wed 1000 public servants were taken off normal duties and onto dealing with the social fallout, disaster payments etc
