They are violating a dead woman and using her as an incubator for a life that most likely won't make it. It is not abortion if the mother dies while pregnant, her family deserves to bury her, to mourn her, not be forced to watch her body be desecrated.
Adriana Smith is a corpse, and a corpse can't produce what is needed to sustain the life of a baby. The doctors have to pump air into her lungs, and they have to keep her heart beating. They have to regulate her hormones because she is dead.
