The new update introduced a couple of cool features.
The most significant probably being that the flashcart now supports MMC3 with 1MB PRG support (I've heard it's actually 2MB)

I'm happy to reveal that WARP ZONES will be in Super Sunny World 🌞 (my upcoming NES platformer).
They are hard to find, but easy to reach again once you know where they are (similar to Mario Bros). This should make the limited-lives style of gameplay more enjoyable.

I'm happy to reveal that WARP ZONES will be in Super Sunny World 🌞 (my upcoming NES platformer).
They are hard to find, but easy to reach again once you know where they are (similar to Mario Bros). This should make the limited-lives style of gameplay more enjoyable.

i'm not quite done with bug fixes, but you can play the game with custom gamepad bindings set up in the input settings now! autowalk and other chords work perfectly (autowalk is X + direction, and open door is X + press toward door).

Here's the functioning inn system. Scribes can also save games now but I'm not done with them as they also need to revive and remove poison. I got a linker surprise this morning and had to move all string literals to their own dedicated bank. 😅 #nesdev #indiegames #gamedev #jrpg
