problem whack-a-mole is always fun. here's one:
if i start a virtualbox vm immediately when the vbox service is ready, future vms will fail to connect to pulseaudio with a timeout error
i have no idea how to solve this one. auto-start is vital and sound is nice (and is only broken for vbox?)

sometimes the most effective anti-bot measures are the simplest. it's really funny how effective this is considering, you know, what it is (stops like 70%, 0% false positive rate)
