What is clear: Musk and Ramaswamy’s DOGE is eying health-care cuts, as they publicly float some ideas and privately get briefed on issues such as alleged fraud in the Affordable Care Act marketplaces.

The generations that placed those diseases high in a DDx &/or could recognize them instantly are dead or retired.

Mid-levels aren’t ready, either.
