no offense to the danes but I could not stand to live with that weird sour rye bread with a vaguely cakey texture as my only option for rye bread. lithuanians have been making delicious rye bread for centuries, literally all you had to do was ask. stop settling for less.

Can people stop saying it's a good thing I have a babyface? I once got carded in Ireland while buying a razor. Guy thought I was less than 16. Worse - I suspect once my face finally catches up to my age I'll actually end up looking way older than I am.

let no one tell you yapping isn't a skill because once my classical literature professor fully let me yap about Hades (the video game) for a full 20 minutes and gave me top marks for it.

It's almost time for everyone to do their eurovision watch-together parties while I be a buzzkill and sit home alone again. Can't wait for the awkwardness that will inevitably arise when everyone's talking about it a week later and I have nothing whatsoever to contribute.

remembered the time a classmate, within like, a week or less of knowing me, asked me "by the way, as a fellow chubby person, where do you buy pants" and idk, it still feels like such a surreal moment for me. like sure. I am. this was a weird way to bring it up though.

If I ever decide I have more to offer to people than my own confusion and decide to try dating, I don't think I can do online dating in Lithuania for the simple reason that the chances of encountering someone I know on there are higher than anywhere else.

you know what. I'm not afraid to admit it - I kinda hate Kerouac's On the Road. It feels like, generously, a good 60% is just a guy rambling about his college roadtrip and acting like every dumb unintelligible thing his friends said was the secret to the universe.

Listen. ultimately I don't have a particular bg3 ship I feel very strongly about. but I do really like Shadowheart and Karlach based purely on vibes. Lae'zel and Shadowheart are more interesting sure, I can make better arguments for those. But. The Vibes. I just think they're cute, OK?
