www.elections.ab.ca/finance/cont... It looks like out-of-province contributions are not allowed. NDP donation forms always at least have a checkbox where you confirm that you're a resident of Alberta.

Bill 9 is a tremendous problem. It puts a whole group of vulnerable people into a separate category, labeling them simply as people we don't care about any more; we know it's illegal to hurt them, but we REALLY wanna hurt them.
