I was a 3x a week runner between 2003-10, 2020-2022.
A 6K mile a year bike rider between 2007-2020.
A weight lifter for the past year.
Of all the exercise I’ve done, nothing has made me feel better about my body or has transformed my appearance so significantly as weightlifting.
Just start.

Ma - I made it.
I’m working in one of the migrant shelters that Denver has set up for refugees, and it makes me incredibly proud of our city. From my vantage point, the conditions are safe, welcoming, and comfortable. I can’t imagine what they’ve suffered through to get here.
