after being fairly deeply depressed for like the past year i am trying to take the parts of my life i have taken comfort in but felt guilt about and set myself up so that i can actually enjoy things and myself again while also making sure i can take care of myself and those around me

i have gained enough weight recently that i am watching fresh stretch marks grow on my stomach i think and i’m trying to not let that crash me out because there are real
