Awesome to chat with folks in Adams County and Pueblo last week about doing MORE than just fighting Trump: using the law to make people’s lives better, cheaper, healthier, and safer. We can do that together. @javiermabrey.bsky.social

So thankful for this endorsement from the unstoppable Jen Bacon. Together, we can fight back against fine print, tax the rich so our kids can eat, and make the law an affirmative force of good in the world.

Pueblo! See you soon. Let's talk about how the AG can fight against a GoFundMe healthcare system and champion Main Street, small businesses, and working people across Colorado. @javiermabrey.bsky.social

The wave we saw in Tuesday was not a blue wave. It was a working families, teachers, nurses, construction workers, buss driver, grocery worker, gig economy worker wave. That is the real story of 2025. Our every day folks who make the economy grow voted for a more affordable community. 💪🏽

For years, I’ve helped veterans, nurses, teachers and others trapped by the fine print. I’m proud to be on the legal team here fighting for working people while Trump and his oligarch buddies abandon them.
Last week, a unemployed Texan barred from getting a job in his field by a noncompete agreement stepped up to intervene in the federal lawsuit and defend the FTC's ban on noncompetes that Trump's FTC won't. @whitneycwimbish.bsky.social talked to Ric Davidson about his story & why he decided to fight.
Texan Takes On Corporate Abuse as Trump’s FTC Abandons Workers - The American Prospect
Ric Davidson’s motion to defend the federal ban on noncompete clauses would force the FTC to undertake a formal process to roll it back, not just quietly suffocate it in the dead of night.

An absurd and lawless attack by debt collectors on a basic protection for Coloradans from having their credit destroy by medical debt. Debt collectors have been whining about this since I helped to pass it in 2023. As AG, I’d fight back. #copolitics

Debt Collectors Sue to Block Colorado Medical Debt Reporting Ban
Colorado’s law barring medical debt on consumer credit reports is preempted by a federal credit reporting law and should be blocked, a debt collection industry group said in a lawsuit.

As AG, I’ll fight to make sure polluters pay for the harms they cause, to prevent data centers from being built in our communities, and for real environmental justice. Thanks for the tour a few weeks ago @greenlatinos.org, @cultivando.bsky.social, @sierraclub.org and Greenhouse Connection Center.

Politics shouldn't be about personal ambition; it should be about improving people's lives. Last night showed that when we come together, we can do important things. That's why I'm running for AG, & that's why you're in this fight too. So join me. Volunteer. Pitch in. The corporations surely won't.

Yes. For months now I've been saying it. ICE officers only have immunity when acting within their lawful authority. They don't have the authority to use excessive force. It's essential that they be held accountable--under STATE LAW--when they do.

I'm super stoked that Colorado voted to fund free meals for kids for schools.

(I've been saying lunches, but the program includes breakfasts, too.)

600,000 Coloradans rely on SNAP. Corporate consolidation in agriculture jacks up the prices of our food and punishes small businesses, but the Attorney General can do something about that by breaking up monopolies. Sometimes government is easy: make sure kids can eat.

What’s happening in Durango is absurdly dangerous. Just because you wear an ICE badge with a creepy little mask does not mean you are immune from state law. State AGs can prosecute ICE officers that brutalize Coloradans and engage in excessive force. #copolitics #ice #durango

At the Starbucks worker picket in Fort Collins this weekend. Democrats who say they are fighting back against Donald Trump but aren't fighting for worker power or union power need to be called on their bullshit. @sbworkersunited.org

Feeling energized after a packed weekend on the campaign!

The AG's office is the frontlines of the fight not only to stop Trump but to make the law a source of good in people's lives. We can do that together, and I'm so thankful to everyone who's joining our movement.

#CO #Colorado Primaries come in us so fast after the holidays! Vote because you like what they say..
Not because they advertised the most on all the channels!
Reminder: You’re not fighting back against Donald Trump if you’re not fighting for worker power. It’ll be the power of ordinary people coming together—even saying “we are going to withhold our labor today”—that’s going to save this country from corrupt politicians and oligarchs.
