Watching the England game reinforced my opinion that selling Quansah was weird business.
He was superb. Didn’t put a foot wrong in that game and has started really well for Leverkusen.
Tall, quick, composed and skilful centre backs are hard to come by. He’s also a local lad who supports the club.
