My late father who lived with us for two years had none of these documents. Time-wasting nonsense that will cause huge amounts of stress for staff and patients.
Got an appointment from the hospital. At the top of the first page is my name, address, NHS number and patient number. The first two pages of the letter tell me where and when and remind me that I should bring my hearing aids/walking stick/whatever other helps I might need. The usual stuff. (1/4)

Very good point.
The thing is, Farage’s racism was establishment racism. The establishment (his Public School) protected him and supported him, just as over recent decades the establishment (in particular the BBC) has protected him.
