I made Darkness to be a part of a Madness-inspired comic series with my friends back in elementary school.
My friends moved on after elementary but I've continued to grow and expand upon the lore and characters since then.
A montage of Darkness and his clones fighting against his enemies, The Ninjas, and a clown piloting a dinobot. Taken on a Nintendo DSi in 2009, the quality is not exactly the best Towered over by a Dinobot preparing to fire its cannon, Darkness orders an evacuation to his clones. One clone is seen running, another tripped and took aim at the Dinobot's head with his pistol. Another clone in a swordfight with a ninja, both awestruck at the scale of this Dinobot, and both frozen in fear of an incoming, inescapable blast.

The Perfect Storm.

A monstrous supercell thunderstorm looms over a green field with numerous distant trees in central Oklahoma on the night of April 19, 2023. The supercell has a massive bell-shaped structure with dark clouds overhead wrapping into the storm. A tornado is clearly visible between the cloud base and tree like just left of center. A somewhat chaotic comic because it represents a chaotic state of mind. There is a head with a speech bubble saying "i just need to lock in", there are lots of scribbles inside the head. There is also a drawing of a person lying in bed with a bit of a braindead expression and a thought bubble "i just need to lock in". There is also a diagram of a circular process, there are four steps and arrows from one to the other. All four steps say "lock in". Lastly there's a version of the "are you winning, son" meme, but the person standing in door is asking "are u okay bro?" and the person by the computer is barely visible because there's so many scribbles on top of them, but what they are saying is visible, they're saying "yes i just need to lock in". So, you know, gotta lock in.

So about ten years ago I found a small network of bots on Reddit dedicated to spreading hate. The thing about it is that these weren't even responding to political topics - they were just responding to random keywords with insults and hate.

The same bots are now here. You should understand why. 🧵

this is kind of a niche issue but: if you are getting weird and hostile responses that feel a little off, there are some folks on here making accounts that automatically reply to large quantities of posts in a vaguely hostile manner. you can ignore them, and also, it's not personal
