The biggest losers on earth
Spoke to several Hill sources this morning and it's more or less my understanding that Dem leaders don't want members interrupting Republicans while they're setting their own hair on fire. Trump is going to tag them with the fallout either way. The phrase I keep hearing is "keep your powder dry."
VERY IMPORTANT: This is just a trick. It's a way for Democratic senator to say they oppose the bill while letting it pass. It's not much of a trick. I mean, everyone will see it. But still this is simply a way of hoodwinking constituents. If they want to vote for it just vote for it.
