Mostly here to talk Spurs
Almost got sucked in to giving DAZN silly money to watching Benn Eubank after consuming a few good previews & pods. Swerved a bullet.

Pay enough already to watch lethargic professionals flatter to deceive at that stadium

Cheese and onion sandwiches and Derby chinaware, fiddles and jigs, Woogie me dog, me aunty Vi having a swear. Taking me dad for a pint or two and a Sunday morning stroll. Licorice pipes and baggy suits, Glenn Hoddle scoring a goal

That's what I like

Another WSL north London derby incoming, another complete desert of comms to me as a men's ST holder promoting the game/tickets. Brisbane Road will no doubt be full of Arsenal fans. Surprised Venkateshum hasn't addressed this, such an easy win #thfc

This is excellent and gets to the crux of the problem with much of UK media now - senior management are inherently right-wing but genuinely think they are 'neutral' and that other people are the problem
The reaction to the Panorama edit has been nothing short of hysterical. Yes the BBC has some impartiality problems. But its biggest isn't the one you think.

New piece from me.

Well that's cheered me up. Dan Ballard with the block of the season (decade) there, what a moment

Play with a bit of intensity... score goals. It's not rocket science

0.07 xG, guessing that was Pape hitting the back of the Park Lane

Some classy Chelsea fans on my train on Saturday were chanting 'we eat bacon' but turns out so do we #coys

Still, never seen him and Kulu in the same room.
Southampton have sacked Will Still with the side 21st in the Championship following the 2-0 loss to Preston.😇

Was inevitable after they couldn't even win Spurs away
Exclusive: Vítor Pereira has been sacked by Wolves.🐺

Worst performance for years.

Had the pleasure of sharing a bus stop with some Chelsea. 'Jota's in a box' apparently. Dregs.

Moyes will be drummed out of the LMA after admitting that ref call was correct 🤣 fair play
October 26, 2025 at 7:24 PM
Might have to do another apology on air 🤣
Someone tell Jamie Redknapp that in the last two seasons Spurs scored the third most goals from corners in the premier league.

Shout to Vic, btw. While we peppered Pickford as he never moves from his line, Vic dealt with all the set pieces other than when he was being fouled and made some outstanding saves. Great week for our no1

Can we petition to only play away from home?
October 26, 2025 at 6:28 PM
What a game that was. Those of us who've sat through some utter dross this season deserved that entertainment. Utter chaos.

Damsgaard is a beautiful player to watch, like peak Eriksen
October 25, 2025 at 7:46 PM
Sounds like a bit of rough and tumble to me. Nothing a clip around the ear from a Bobby wouldn't sort out.

Superb from England's women to beat India and qualify for the semis already. India were miles ahead of the rate at one point. Top drawer. NSB's captaincy excellent.

So what was it Frank 'learned' from Bournemouth? Because it's been the same basic tactical performance in every home game. Give it to the winger and pray. Only Porro ever passes it forward.

Deliberate elbow to the throat not a yellow anymore then?

Quality assist from our boy Yang for Pompey
October 18, 2025 at 8:06 PM
Great stuff. Probably watched Jackie Milburn with Blair as well.
Villa hosted Newcastle 4 times in the 80s. Jenrick would've been 7 when the decade ended. To be kind I'll assume he didn't get to the 1984 game when he was 2 years old so he's claiming to have been when he was 3, 4 and 7. Must've been quite the keen away fan.

'Quick and firm'

Just the 40-odd years

Might be the stupidest thing I've ever read.
Jenrick casting 1980s British football hooliganism as something that was easily dealt with by police and not an era defining issue which we're still living with the consequences of today... He's genuinely the most unserious person in British politics rn
