They're testing driverless taxis in my neighbourhood of Shanghai. I just saw one stopping in a no-stopping zone (which the human taxis do *all the time*) and then getting stuck trying to do a u-turn in a crossroads that had roadworks in the middle of it. It made me wonder how police pull them over?

What happened to targeted ads? I see mostly adds for crypto, AI, "digital assets", and other shit that I never go for, often report as scams, and usually flag as 'not relevant'. And they keep coming. Are they desperate, or is this a positive sign that they don't know enough about me?

Can anyone explain why you would steal the crown jewels from the Louvre? How do they expect to sell them? If they're just going to sell the gemstones, they're not worth nearly as much without the history.
