Must have .4 on the clock for a “catch and shoot”. Less than .4 must be a tip. He was trying to tip/punch it in.
Also, fwiw - many of Joker’s basketball skills - especially passing - come from playing water polo growing up.

Jokic just attempted a full court one-handed volleyball shot and he missed but it was cool because I don't think I've ever seen anyone try this in a game before.
