It's World Town Planning Day and by happy coincidence I'm in one of the world's most planned cities

Such a privilege to speak with and learn from this group of incredible leaders. I wish everyone who feels disillusioned with politics could be here to see that the overwhelming majority of political leaders choose to take on that responsibility out of a will to change things for the better.

The most insanely frustrating thing about the #ClimateCrisis is how the breakthrough we so clearly need isn’t technological. It’s just a collective willingness, a determination even, to change in ways that would clearly be SO MUCH BETTER than the clear and obvious consequences of NOT changing.

I think this is the year that we should finally retire the word "gentrification." You can't measure it and you can't define it, so how do we know when it started and if it stopped?

It's absolutely astonishing: In just about 13 years, Norway has skyrocketed from virtually no sales of zero-emission battery electric vehicles to nearly 100% of all new passenger car purchases.
