Loevy plays a video of a woman's arrest. Hewson says the woman was "assaultive" because she kicked a can of tear gas that had been deployed.
Loevy: "When you tear gas somebody … and they try to kick the tear gas canister away from them, that's assaulting?"

Border Patrol agent Lairmore testifies that he was not injured by the sandwich, but he felt the impact through his ballistic vest.
The sandwich came apart and "kind of exploded" on his chest upon impact, he says.
"I could smell the onions and mustard."

This also jogged my memory of the time I interviewed Fatlip and he had some complaints about the other members of the Pharcyde and we hung up but then he called me back a couple minutes later because he thought of a couple more complaints about them.
