Weird, I'm on PC browser and mobile/TV Androids, I wouldn't have thought they'd be ahead of anyone on Apple TV features

hoping this "the price disappears shortly after loading a book page on the Kobo store" thing is a mobile rendering bug rather than a deliberate choice because it's rather annoying while trying to decide what's a deep enough discount to jump on

(I don't adblock on mobile Chrome so it isn't that)

oh I assure you we don't want to deal with this version of LAFC either

though with all that history AND a playoff atmosphere AND the twin New Signing Bounces, if everyone is healthy it'll be a spectacle for the neutral

I will just be watching through my hands

It's not quite Spurs qualifying for the CL despite a 17th place league finish but I do enjoy that it's happened twice this year, even if it was for the Galaxy

magic of the cups indeed

The human animal is a beautiful and terrible creature

you go girl, but also the brains that came up with this scheme and also RESPOND so fiercely to it over the simpler alternative of just...taking and sending said sexy photos without the intermediary platform need to be studied for science

same goes for Olukemi (nee Adegoke) Badenoch, for whom the days of "them having her back" are rapidly coming to a close in favour of "them stabbing her back"

five years after I wrote this (and this is only half that thread, I was Big Mad) the city and Council appear no closer to realising the actual problem

lucky for me specifically that I have spent 80+ per cent of that time working from home

If the Crusader Kings 3 devs can pull all of this off then All Under Heaven will be as massive an injection of flavour to the game as Asian cuisines are to food

and even if they don't quite nail it we'll still have the new map

look at it, it's beautiful

Paul Wells doing Paul Wells shit (unpaywalled this time) about another attempt to spin up controversy about the insidest of inside baseball

also, today's unsettling reminder that Pierre Poilievre is only very slightly older than me

regretting to advise that the only thing preventing Doug Ford from becoming PM in a landslide is his clear and consuming desire to be Mayor of Toronto instead, and realising he can continue running Toronto despite its residents by simply going over their heads to voters in the rest of the province
