No escape from the reality of kidney failure... the longer your on dialysis the worse the outcome of a kidney transplant and the more kidney transplants you get worse the experience you will have on them... leading back to square one, "Dialysis" ..let that sink in for a moment.

Is there mis-use of SNAP / EBT? You bet! Now give them a monthly box of healthy food and watch what they will do, flip a middle finger and say "FU"... what were they doing with SNAP / EBT Cash? Go figure that out yourself.... it's the cash, not about food..

Supreme Court lets Trump pause full SNAP payments for now which I guessed right because FEDs are not responsible to feed you, leaves that up to states... just as what we saw for abortions... let states decide that... is that how it will be in 2026? Time will tell..

JUST IN: Trump administration appeals order to pay states full SNAP benefits for November and am guessing he may win leaving states responsible to feed the needy.. at the same time dialysis clinic social worker made rounds checking on that making sure patients are covered..
