Because the Court concludes that Tennessee’s Senate Bill 1 does not classify on the basis of transgender status, it does not resolve whether transgender status constitutes a suspect class. Ante, at 16–18; see Geduldig v. Aiello, 417 U. S. 484, 496 (1974). I write separately to explain why, in my view, it does not.

If you open the anti-trans HHS report’s appendix in NotePad, you’ll see that it was compiled by Alex Byrne.

The appendix is a rigorous, scientific overview of systematic reviews.

Alex Byrne is an MIT philosophy professor with no apparent background in science, let alone expertise in it.

the HHS report on gender dysphoria in youth is out. i'll be taking a closer look and will likely have deeper analysis out early next week but a cursory look shows 12 new york times citations in this report justifying banning puberty blockers. opa.hhs.gov/gender-dysph...

I have a flag for that
A trans pride flag with a tricolor of like brown, green, & yellow I think that represents train pride (yes really, long story); the yellow field includes the American railroad crossing sign: a circle with a large X, with an R on either side. The chevron is bordered by train tracks. My friend made this flag for me when I was in my suuuuuuuuuuuper train era!
