A country with a low GDP whether in absolute or relative terms should not be investing more internationally than domestically. capital outflows are highly questionable. It’s even more troubling if the returns on those foreign investments are not reinvested back into the domestic economy.

I'm able to make this animation of how the ocean breathes in and out CO₂ because of data collected by NOAA scientists, data served at NOAA websites, and tools provided by NASA. All are under threat of being dismantled by the Trump administration.
