I'm starting to really think that no one should count on receiving social security benefits in our old age. Seems like that pot of money could get illegally spent into nonexistence in the next 4 years.

Last month, in service of deep self-care and my health, I decided to give up alcoholic beverages altogether. Since then I feel really good, and my energy has gone up 50% or more. I've heard that not drinking will also strengthen my immune system. Anyone else become a teetotaler recently?

Here is my littlest man making a "potato chip chicken" recipe he learned about at school. It was pretty darned good! We deep-fried our own French fries to go with it, which was a new experience for us. 🍟
