Every flashbang could instead be a meal for a poor kid. Every hotel room for a National Guardsman deployed to fire at our neighbors could house a homeless vet. Every "less-than-lethal" bullet pulled from a journalist's eye could be already needed healthcare for anyone else. All of this is a choice.

It's somehow ALWAYS the job of the protesters to de-escalate as if we're the ones with the tear gas, rubber bullets, tanks, and a proven record of murder. Cops however are ungovernable rabid dogs, who collect salaries from us but over whom we have absolutely no control. Good deal huh?

At the previous event I traded at I sold quite a few postcards but 0 prints, and it led me to question whether I was wasting my time drawing so much detail. So I was overjoyed to sell a number of prints yesterday and have a renewed enthusiasm for drawing.
