One of the curses of ADHD is not missing people. I miss them when I am reminded but normally day to day nothing. It's so weird.

Being chronically ill is such a weird thing.
I don't know how to pace myself and the one time I spend a lot of time resting and planning and trying to pace it... It doesn't work.
But some days I can go all out and be fine till the next day.
Make up your mind, body. Give me something to go off of
