There was a pretty loud crash outside so went to check on my chickens, they were all okay but the second I shone a light on Babs she jumped off the perch like ‘good morning’ and started snacking, not a clue that it was 11pm

At least one person needs to hear this before Notts Zine Fest today; this is my job, hour long chats about your mum’s health are to be done over lunch. Not blocking my table. My good friends know not to do this after 5 in person verbal reminders that I am working!

Woke up, stormed out of Nottingham, did the old operating theatre museum, Frankenstein exhibit, V&A, science museum, played pinball and came home and my eyeballs are like ‘hi we don’t have the storage capacity to see any more things today can you stare at a blank wall??’

I got an email from a local place asking for artwork but that it was unpaid and was to ‘support the local community’ ahhh. yes. but to do that the local community has to support me. you know. by paying me to do my job
