I thought I was kinda paranoid for never posting my face, outside photos, or samples of my handwriting online. I finally start to come out of my shell on that, and the possibility of AI-enabled surveillance tools immediately starts to vindicate my fears.

I feel like I missed out on ES in a way because I never really contributed.. I found it pretty early I think (like 2021) and I was an avid reader, but beside a few individual tweets that never got picked up, I can't help feeling that I wasn't *really* part of it.
