Guys I think I might get (tiny, gentle at-home) yoga back 😭
Update, I am two weeks into a two month wean-on protocol, and it's mildly hopeful? I feel more present in my body and have like a scrap of extra enrgy?? Kind of terrifying, since I dont know if I'll get to keep it. I can't plan on improving because it'll break my goddamn heart if I don't. #NEISVoid
Trialling new meds today, and it's going to be a loooong process. Currently balanced on the knife edge between 'ugh I hope this doesn't make things worse' and 'fuck what if it helps tho' (both are reasonable outcomes to expect).
