Yeah I think they'd need 13 Republican senators to flip just for cloture and to make it to his desk the first time and then 2/3 in both chambers to override the veto so ultimately 20 Republican senators? No chance lol. But at least it shines a light on the rats and their king

Still need a lot of Republicans to feel the heat in the Senate for it to pass there, but it'll be interesting to see what side of the line they all choose.

The ppl who are trying to figure out which senators got cover to vote no but would've voted yes, maybe- you're feeding into the problem: having to guess motives constantly and not trusting their votes, good or bad. He voted right. If he continues to do that I'll vote to re-elect him. It's simple.

Spend some time in her district and you'll struggle to find anyone lol. But turnout for electing Ossoff and Warnock the first time and then electing Warnock AGAIN shows there's a lot of fight in the Democrats/left leaning ppl here. They're smart to recognize what got them those seats.

Yep. Even with all that to cover behind to vote yes, they didn't. I respect it.

Ossoff is running in a purple state that leans Republican. Also a state with a governor who was not helping to supplement SNAP. A no vote does not shelter him like it does dems from blue states like Schumer. I do think that holding firm will end up helping him motivate turnout from Dems here tho.

Either you suck as a leader because you can't keep your party together or you suck as a leader for folding after over a month. Either way you should be cast aside.
