I would pay real money to have Congress pass a law that states that any AI generated content that's posted online be marked as such, regardless if it's an article, a post, a comment, a tweet, etc.

Wasting your time talking to a bot inteferes with you socializing with other humans.

Its not social.

Hi, I'm the ProPublica reporter who's been tracking an unusual stat: U.S. citizens grabbed by immigration agents.

I did it because the government isn’t.

This is what I found.

PERA Remains a Serious Threat to Efforts Against Bad Patents
PERA would overturn long-standing court decisions that have helped keep some of the most problematic patents in check. This includes the Supreme Court’s Alice v. CLS Bank decision, which bars patents

There's a bill on Gavin Newsom's desk right now that would stop monopoly utility companies from adding the costs of their lobbying and PR campaigns into customers' bills.

It's unclear if Newsome will sign the bill, despite 93% of voters agreeing with its premise.

@governor.ca.gov Right now, if a Californian wants to tell companies not to sell or share their info, they must go through the processes set up by each company, ONE BY ONE, to opt out of data sharing. AB 566 can remove that burden. @CAgovernor, please sign AB 566 to empower consumers!

Remember: If we allow ourselves to fall into fatalism, or wallow in disappointment, or become resigned to what is rather than what should be, we will lose the long game.

The greatest enemy of positive social change is cynicism about what can be changed.

The common good is a set of shared commitments.

To the rule of law. To democracy. To tolerance. To equal opportunity. To upholding the truth.

We cannot have a functioning society without these shared commitments.

This is something for all of us to remember, as we use social media and watch the news, that our opinions can be affected, manipulated, shaped, based on what we are shown, and what were not shown.

Nothing, *nothing*, justifies killing him, or robbing his kids of their dad.
