The MMR vaccine doesn't cause *multiple deaths every year* in healthy children.

There are zero recorded deaths in healthy (non-immunocompromised) recipients.

Even the number of deaths in immunocompromised kids are so infrequent as to make it impossible to calculate a proper relative risk ratio.
RFK Jr on the measles vaccine: "There are adverse events from the vaccine. It does cause deaths every year. It causes all the illnesses that measles itself cause."
