Thrilled to share our lab’s first paper, just out in Blood Cancer Discovery @theaacr.bsky.social!
We uncovered an isoform-specific RUNX1C–BTG2 axis that drives chemoresistance in AML.

An isoform-specific RUNX1C–BTG2 axis governs AML quiescence and chemoresistance.
Abstract. Aberrant levels or structures of RNA isoforms are a hallmark of many cancers, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), yet its role in AML chemoresistance remains unclear. We conducted a pair...

S1P is produced in the outer lymph follicle area and degraded by B cells resulting in a negative gradient towards to follicle center. S1PR2 signalling on GC B cells leads to migration arrest, keeping B cells within the follicle. (🐭 data)

New mechanism behind adaptive immunity revealed. It could impact how we design vaccines. - News
Germinal centers are high-speed evolution machines. Tiny clusters in the lymph nodes, germinal centers refine antibodies through mutation and expansion until they produce high-affinity B cells adapted...
