Good lord. I expected better from you. MOST PEOPLE WERE FINANCIALLY BETTER OFF AFTER THE CARBON PRICE REBATE THAN WITHOUT IT.
The removal of the consumer carbon tax is good news for Albertans.
The federal government has mismanaged this tax for so long that it has lost all credibility with citizens. And the removal will help many people in the midst of a cost-of-living crisis under this UCP government.

It's worth noting that @kayabagaarielle.bsky.social was one of 39 MPs to vote in favour of a Citizen's Assembly on Electoral Reform in 2023.
The new Liberal government should support a Citizen's Assembly so that there are no more conflicts of interest in who decides how MPs are elected.
