Talked to mortgage officer today & he was telling me how sure people were 4 months ago that Trump winning would mean better rates & chose to wait to refinance. He called me today cuz all signs point to inflationary rates coming here very quickly. Trump’s economic policies are going to kill pockets.

“China manipulates the algorithm” is a huge, huge claim that I have not seen anything near sufficient evidence for. Researchers struggle to prove how algorithms work in general, so why would they be able to crack TikTok in a way they’ve never figured out any other company? (Spoiler: they haven’t)
