In a few months’ time i’m running the Sheffield half marathon (oh god) and I’m raising money for Sands, a charity which supports families who have gone through any kind of baby loss.

ran my first ever sub-1 hour 10k last night. Felt like i was ACTUALLY DEAD by the end (but in a good way). Twice around beautiful Damflask reservoir on a sunny August evening. And I still just continue to sometimes be amazed at my own progress.
