I am not completely opposed to AI image generation (excluding the data stealing). However, if you make garbage thumbnails with them and the aesthetic quality is poor, I will assume that your content/take/idea/commentary etc is not worth my time.

Not sure who needs to hear this, but any govt official who violates someone's constitutional rights -- and is acting outside the scope of their lawful authority -- can be PERSONALLY liable in a civil suit.
