With five or six party politics in every single seat, and many slim starting majorities, patterns of tactical squeezing will likely determine dozens of results next time. This is not something MRP can capture well even close to elections. Zero chance it is being captured now.
I just don’t think it is plausible to imagine a world in which Labour both remains strong enough thar we have “a new age of multi-party politics” but that Lib Dem minded voters in Labour-Reform seats go “eh, being represented by a Farageist, not worried about that at all”.
