Just finished the audio book LENT by @bluejo.bsky.social. I was totally hooked beginning to end. I was raised catholic (it didn't take) and vowed never to enter a church again, but I broke my vow just a little in order to keep listening.

And one final thought: Ozzy going out after giving an emotional final performance that raised a ton of money for charity is more spiritually uplifting and did more genuine good than anything any televangelist and religious grifter who railed against him ever did combined.

I unfortunately listen to a lot of call-in radio, and the average Canadian person believes the US will suddenly realize the error of their ways. Ain't like that.

I get really frustrated with people who say they didn't like I SAW THE TV GLOW because they're not trans so it just wasn't for them. I'm as cis het as they come and that movie spoke to my soul.

Index Card RPG: I liked the way different die sizes are used for different scales of effort. The doom die is an interesting tool. It makes adventuring feel very dangerous. I only touched 1 index card.
