Myth: Cold weather makes you sick
Reality: Shared indoor air does
❄️ Cold ≠ illness
🦠 Viruses spread fastest in indoor, poorly ventilated spaces
🌬️ Outside is one of the safest places to be
• Wrap up warm
• Don’t fear the cold
• Prioritise ventilation + filtration
Clean air prevents illness -not coats

While fresh air is good, trying to clean the air chemically is not. The atmospheric chemistry community has been saying this for a long time; the best ways of cleaning indoor air is physical removal (filters/sorbents/air exchange).

💨 Clean indoor air saves lives! 💨

Flu risks are high this year and ventilation, filtration, high-grade masks, and CO₂ levels still matter.

Paris shows what happens when cities put people before cars: cleaner air, greener streets, and healthier lives. The data (and the air) speak for themselves! 🌱🚶‍♀️🚴
“Air pollution fell substantially as Paris restricted car traffic and made way for parks, people-streets and bike-lanes.”

Better for the climate, better for health, better for livability and quality of life.

Common sense.

Such a no-brainer, it’s remarkable that more cities HAVEN’T done the same.
Paris said au revoir to cars. Air pollution maps reveal a dramatic change.

The fight to limit global warming is the defining challenge of our time.

Success will be measured not only in degrees, but in homes spared and lives saved.

In Paris, I spoke about how cities have proven themselves to be the climate doers while national governments have dithered.

Here’s a school seeking to improve attendance from within, by cleaning the air for staff and students.

Please help them by donating (even if it’s a small amount, it all helps) and by sharing.

Thank you.

As in the 19th century, does your child's school have:
- high ceilings to increase room volume?
- high windows for continuous ventilation?
- large windows for better ventilation?
- Opposite openings for air circulation?
- All windows open outwards to improve ventilation?

Rooms with HEPA ventilation had zero virus detected.

Babysitting grandcats makes my asthma act up so, we keep the HEPA on 24/7.

When Mae West was doing her sphinx imitation, I saw she needed a good brushing.

I wore a N95 while brushing - she purred and I could breathe.
