An issue is that CBP is a much bigger problem than ICE.
You probably need to retain some kind of function around border security, but none of that lends itself to a snazzy slogan.
I also tend to think re-disaggregate DHS would go far in pushing us in the right direction.

A note on attendance- this is the 11th time House Dems have achieved full attendance in 2026 (out of 51 votes); we had just 1 on absence on another 8. R's have had full attendance 0 times and 1 absence just once. Attendance is a huge factor with the party breakdown so close, and Dems are crushing it
