As a non-Christian, I see my pagan community practicing Christ-like ideals while the self-identified followers of Jesus condemn those who do what he taught. This IS the most astonishingly backward fuckery; how can you not be angry?

Every human deserves a home, food, healthcare, love, safety. I hold these truths to be self evident, for what are life and liberty without them? How can one pursue happiness without this basic stability? The love of money is the root of all evil. These, my core beliefs, have been deemed terroristic.

I'm trying various methods to manage hot flashes during sleep. A question for people who regularly take cold/cool showers: WTF? This does not "feel good." I went into the shower trying to relax for bed, ended up wanting to burn my village to the ground and blight the crops. Experience rating: ☆☆☆☆⭐️

I've been so busy moving (my roomie bought a house) that I've barely been aware of the latest gov horrors; I'm catching up. Too many prominent democrats have started showing us who they are, since this disaster began, and though it's unsurprising, it's still disappointing. So much hypocrisy!

12 days since I had Izzie put to sleep, and I know it was her time, but I miss the way she curled her paw over her nose. I miss how I'd go into any room, and a few minutes later, she would quietly be there too, as close as she could be. Twenty years was a lot for a cat, but not enough for me.
