Oh wow I need to look into the ADHD part more. I can use all the help I can get
I've been so fascinated by the links of insulin, sugar and mental disorders. There was a pediatrician who switched her husband with dementia to a diabetic diet (prioritizing protien) and it helped with his symptoms. People with ADHD also function better with high protein diets.
