The new fosters. They’re very friendly for non-kittens, which means we’re guessing they were likely taken care of by a kind, if stupid for not neutering anyone, wife… and boxed up and abandoned to die by a garbage husband. Standard Winchester trash, sadly.

Can’t express enough how messed up my week became just cuz of bad PT luck ending with a bruise atop one of my most spasm-y muscles. It’s near impossible to focus on anything with a glitched autonomic response panicking about injury, as my annoyed rational mind assures my bod it’s a temporary bruise!

I was in too much pain for a day like today. Body is handling tension quite poorly and it’s hard to calm when pain causes an automatic fight or flight panic. (Can’t sleep with it active!) I couldn’t even handle watching bad sports teams find new twists on old ways to lose!
